At the Pastel Care day clinic, we provide regular preventive check-ups, vaccinations, and acute care when your child becomes ill. Our team of pediatricians is ready to offer fast and safe treatment using modern diagnostic equipment.

One-Time Visit
At Pastel Care, we understand that not every family needs long-term pediatric care and that sometimes a medical issue must be addressed immediately. A single visit is ideal for families without a pediatrician, for those whose doctor is temporarily unavailable, for parents seeking a second opinion, and for visitors or tourists staying in Bratislava.
You can book an appointment for urgent but non–life-threatening issues such as fever, cough, ear pain, skin rashes, allergic reactions, infections, or sudden worsening of your child’s condition. In serious situations, such as breathing difficulties, choking, loss of consciousness, head injury, or bleeding, please call 155 or 112 immediately.
This service is not intended for preventive check-ups, school forms, or vaccinations. If you need these services, we will gladly arrange them for you by phone outside of acute appointment times.

Telephone Consultation
A phone consultation gives you direct access to our pediatricians, who provide professional advice, an initial assessment, and guidance on next steps from the comfort of your home.
It is an excellent option for non-acute situations when you need quick medical advice or when circumstances prevent an in-person visit.

Lactation Consultation
We provide lactation support for new mothers, offering guidance and reassurance throughout their breastfeeding journey. We understand that breastfeeding brings beautiful moments as well as challenging beginnings and unexpected difficulties.
During a one-hour consultation, you will discuss everything you need to know with our patient and caring lactation specialist to ensure your breastfeeding experience is as comfortable and successful as possible.

Workshop
We are preparing educational workshops focused on your children’s health and practical guidance for parents. Workshops will take place once a month, offering useful, everyday information. Various experts will be invited to participate.
